Advertising & Sales Coordinator
We are the Tel Aviv–Jaffa City Museum, located in the renewed Bialik Square,and we’re looking for you! An Advertising & Sales Coordinator with a strong passion for our city — to help us tell the most vibrant story of the city that never stops, and expand it to diverse audiences.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, operational role combining:
End-to-end process coordination and execution
Hands-on work, meeting deadlines
Ongoing tracking of data and results
The position also includes meetings outside the office.
Responsibilities:
1. Advertising:
*Coordinate and drive advertising processes from receiving marketing content through full campaign launch.
*Ongoing collaboration with internal teams and management of external vendors (digital, translation, design).
*Create, update, and manage events and activities in the ticketing system and distribute them across relevant marketing channels.
*Produce sales and advertising reports from website and ticketing systems for monitoring and improvement.
2. Sales:
*Identify and map target audiences and sales channels for activities, tours, and events.
*Proactively initiate outreach, hold meetings outside the office with relevant clients, and advance sales processes.
*Develop tailored sales solutions and value propositions for different audiences.
*Produce sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and increase revenue.
Requirements
-Previous experience in an operational role in advertising and/or sales. Experience as an account manager in an advertising agency — significant advantage.
-Proven experience working with digital systems, sales data, and report generation for monitoring and optimization.
-Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and meeting deadlines.

Digital Systems Operations Manager
Freelance | 9 hours per week | 3,000 ₪ per month
The museum is seeking a Digital Systems Operations Manager to oversee existing digital systems, including the website, ticketing system, online forms, mailing systems, and the collection management system. It does not include software development or marketing management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ongoing operation and maintenance of existing digital systems
• Identifying and resolving operational issues (no development required)
• Verifying proper data flow between systems
• Managing users and access permissions
• Continuous coordination with vendors and programmers
• Providing technical support to museum departments during system issues
• Participating in weekly work meetings and documenting issues
Requirements:
• Relevant technical education in computer-related fields (degree or diploma), such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Management — including students (significant advantage)
• Experience working with organizational digital systems
• Understanding of content management systems, ticketing systems, and mailing platforms
• Ability to work with vendors and handle operational issues
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Advantage: familiarity with cultural institutions or public-sector systems

Join Our Team –
Operator / Shift Manager
Position scope: Shift work including weekends (Saturdays)
Job description:
1. Opening the museum and managing teams responsible for cleaning, security, and ticketing.
2. Overseeing visitor flow and proper functioning of exhibitions during the shift, operating systems.
3. Preparing museum spaces for events and exhibitions (lectures, workshops, rooftop screenings, etc.).
4. Working with museum staff and providing real-time technical support.
5. Logistical support and safety supervision, including assistance in emergencies.
Required skills:
1. Technological orientation, ability to learn computerized systems.
2. Previous experience in event management and/or productions.
3. Good interpersonal skills, availability, and flexibility.
4. Willingness to perform physical work.
Employer: Self-employed – invoicing
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Salary: 60 NIS per hour / 90 NIS on Saturdays
