Digital Systems Operations Manager
Freelance | 9 hours per week | 3,000 ₪ per month
The museum is seeking a Digital Systems Operations Manager to oversee existing digital systems, including the website, ticketing system, online forms, mailing systems, and the collection management system. It does not include software development or marketing management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ongoing operation and maintenance of existing digital systems
• Identifying and resolving operational issues (no development required)
• Verifying proper data flow between systems
• Managing users and access permissions
• Continuous coordination with vendors and programmers
• Providing technical support to museum departments during system issues
• Participating in weekly work meetings and documenting issues
Requirements:
• Relevant technical education in computer-related fields (degree or diploma), such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Management — including students (significant advantage)
• Experience working with organizational digital systems
• Understanding of content management systems, ticketing systems, and mailing platforms
• Ability to work with vendors and handle operational issues
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Advantage: familiarity with cultural institutions or public-sector systems

Community and Partnerships Programs Manager
Employment Scope: Full-time
Job Description:

Manage community engagement at the museum, including developing and leading partnerships and community initiatives.

Responsible for planning, developing, and executing the annual community program, in collaboration with the Collections, Education, and Archive departments.

Manage the volunteers team and the volunteer program, including: recruitment, training, supervision, and volunteer retention.

Develop, nurture, and maintain existing communities (artists, lending entities, educational institutions, community organizations), and expand the partner network in the city.

Responsible for coordinating the Public Program and working directly with museum management, integrating all activities and events from the content departments: Collections, Archive, and Education, and connecting them with marketing and production.

Build long-term partnerships with associations, cultural institutions, and neighboring museums.

Lead the implementation of inclusion and accessibility models across all community and museum activities.

Responsible for managing the community budget, content development, and recruiting partnerships and resources.
Job Requirements:

Proven experience in managing community projects, cultural institutions, or working with educational-community partnerships.

Experience working with volunteers, including recruitment, training, and managing the volunteer system.

Ability to develop public programs and multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Deep understanding of diversity, accessibility, and inclusion values.

Excellent command of Hebrew and strong writing skills; very good English proficiency.

Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently.

Advantage: Familiarity with Tel Aviv–Yafo and cultural and educational institutions.

Operator / Shift Manager
Position scope: Shift work including weekends (Saturdays)
Job description:
1. Opening the museum and managing teams responsible for cleaning, security, and ticketing.
2. Overseeing visitor flow and proper functioning of exhibitions during the shift, operating systems.
3. Preparing museum spaces for events and exhibitions (lectures, workshops, rooftop screenings, etc.).
4. Working with museum staff and providing real-time technical support.
5. Logistical support and safety supervision, including assistance in emergencies.
Required skills:
1. Technological orientation, ability to learn computerized systems.
2. Previous experience in event management and/or productions.
3. Good interpersonal skills, availability, and flexibility.
4. Willingness to perform physical work.
Employer: Self-employed – invoicing
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Salary: 60 NIS per hour / 90 NIS on Saturdays
