Job description

Requirements and skills
1. Previous experience in finance – required

Operator / Shift Manager
Position scope: Shift work including weekends (Saturdays)
Job description:
1. Opening the museum and managing teams responsible for cleaning, security, and ticketing.
2. Overseeing visitor flow and proper functioning of exhibitions during the shift, operating systems.
3. Preparing museum spaces for events and exhibitions (lectures, workshops, rooftop screenings, etc.).
4. Working with museum staff and providing real-time technical support.
5. Logistical support and safety supervision, including assistance in emergencies.
Required skills:
1. Technological orientation, ability to learn computerized systems.
2. Previous experience in event management and/or productions.
3. Good interpersonal skills, availability, and flexibility.
4. Willingness to perform physical work.
Employer: Self-employed – invoicing

Salary: 60 NIS per hour / 90 NIS on Saturdays

Are you passionate about culture and enjoy working with people? Our museum is looking for a friendly and dynamic Customer Service Representative to welcome visitors and support our daily operations.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, both in person and by phone.
- Promote and sell tickets, memberships, and special events.
- Operate the ticketing system and manage reservations.
- Provide information and guidance about exhibitions and activities.
- Support museum opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with payment follow-ups when required.
What we're looking for:
A warm and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales – a plus.
Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Job Description
1. Guiding groups at the Tel Aviv–Jaffa City Museum
2. Delivering diverse content – frontal and dialogical – tailored to different audiences
3. Developing unique educational content inspired by the museum’s exhibitions
4. Participating in staff meetings every two weeks on Sunday afternoons
5. Contributing to making the museum an experiential, dialogical, and community-oriented space for all residents
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Previous experience in guiding children – mandatory
2. Ability and experience in developing educational content
3. Flexibility and ability to work with diverse audiences
4. Interest in one or more of the following fields: history, art, literature, storytelling, activism, urban research, governance, and policy
5. Ability to offer a personal and fresh perspective on telling the museum’s content
6. Passion for education, connection to Tel Aviv–Jaffa, constant curiosity
7. Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Russian) – an advantage

Archive Registrar – Tel Aviv-Yafo City Museum
Position scope: Temporary (November–December 2025, at least ~50 hours per month)
Job description
1. Cataloging archival materials (photographs, documents, scanned files) in Excel spreadsheets.
2. Labeling, organizing, and linking materials to digital folders.
3. Preparing materials for upload to the museum’s collection management system.
4. Collaborating with the archive team on scanning, transfer, and initial digital preservation.
5. Maintaining high standards of order, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
Requirements and qualifications
1. High-level proficiency in Hebrew.
2. Basic knowledge of Google tools (Drive, Sheets).
3. Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
4. No prior experience required – training will be provided.
5. Advantage for students in the humanities, archival studies, or design.

Tel Aviv–Yafo City Museum | Full-Time Position
The Tel Aviv–Yafo City Museum is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about literature, art, and culture, and has a strong connection to Tel Aviv–Yafo.
This role is ideal for someone with experience managing digital content, editing, and communication across multiple platforms and languages.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the museum’s digital collection: upload, catalog, and tag new materials.
• Coordinate editing, translation, preservation, and information retrieval with museum departments.
• Conduct research to enrich the museum’s collection and support its goals.
• Manage and update the museum’s website regularly in Hebrew, Arabic, and English.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing team: organize and deliver materials, and edit images for various platforms.
