Insect Hotel – Passover at the Museum

What’s on the program?
To kick off the activity, we will embark on a fascinating tour around the museum to discover the special links between nature and the city. Then, we will create a unique insect hotel in the museum’s educational garden. We will use natural materials, including plants, peel, cotton and sugar, to create an inviting, hospitable hotel. The activity offers an enjoyable, mind-opening opportunity to examine urban nature closely and connect to it in an enjoyable way. Your creation can be taken home and placed somewhere that will provide insects with a protective place away from your home. This experiential, educational activity and workshop are ideal for families with children aged 6-12.
